"They Seriously Messed Up the Packaging"
I’m annoyed. The box showed up crushed and wet, like nobody bothered to handle it properly at all. Whoever packed or shipped this clearly didn’t care, and now I’m the one stuck dealing with the mess.

"Weird fit and honestly not comfy"
I ordered my usual size, but somehow these were tight around my toes and slipping at the heel. I wore them around the house for a bit and my feet started hurting fast. Not sure who thought this fit made sense, but they’re definitely not for me.

The site was fine, I guess. It covered most of what I needed, so that was nice, but a few parts were weirdly unclear. Maybe it’s obvious to everyone else, but I definitely had to spend more time than expected figuring things out...

"Checkout kept glitching at the same point"
I tried checking out a few times, and each time the payment failed right at the same step. After the second attempt, I started noticing the pattern and figured it probably wasn't my card. Frustrating experience when I was just trying to place an order.

I’ve ordered from them a couple times now, and the delivery experience was kind of mixed. One order showed up late, I want to say it was sometime last month, or maybe the month before — but the other one arrived totally fine with no issues. Not terrible overall, just a bit inconsistent

I’m disappointed. I used it like normal, nothing rough or unusual — and it started showing wear way sooner than I expected. Then one piece actually cracked… and at that point, it was basically not useful anymore. For the price, I really thought it would last a lot longer. Maybe I just got a bad one, but still, I don’t think I’d order from tootilab.com again

"Return and refund left a bad first impression"
My first impression of tootilab.com was already a little shaky, and the return process pretty much confirmed it. I ordered something and ended up needing to send it back, but figuring out how to do that was way more confusing than I expected.
When I reached out about the refund, the replies were slow and didn’t really clear things up. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic information, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.
By the end, it just left me with a really negative feeling about the site. Maybe the product side is fine, but based on that first experience with returns, I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order from them again.

I ordered this after reading the details on tootilab.com, but what showed up didn’t really line up with what was listed. Some info was missing, and a few specs just didn’t seem accurate once I had the item in hand. that doesn’t feel right to me, if you’re selling something, the least you can do is describe it properly. I ended up having to double-check everything myself after buying, which was frustrating and made it hard to trust the page.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from Tootilab thinking it would show up in a few days, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than expected. the lack of updates made it more frustrating, because I was just left guessing where my order was.

The product itself might be totally fine, but the delivery delay kind of ruined the whole experience for me. If shipping is going to be this slow, I can’t really see myself ordering from them again.

"Decent enough, but not what they promised"
I ordered from tootilab.com the product is just okay. It works the way it’s supposed to, so I can’t say it’s terrible, but the material feels cheaper than I expected. What annoyed me more is that it didn’t really match the quality they made it sound like I’d be getting. They kind of promised something better, and this feels average. For the price it’s not the worst, but I wouldn’t call it anything special.

"Price feels a bit hard to justify"
I was hoping this would feel a little more worth it for the price, but it just didn’t quite get there for me. The tools are fine and they do the job, but reading between the lines, it feels like you’re paying more for the packaging or the idea of it than anything really standout. I kept thinking I probably could’ve found something similar for less somewhere else. Not terrible, just not great value in my experience.

I really wanted this to work and was hoping I’d notice at least some kind of improvement, but it didn’t seem to do much for me. Maybe it works better for other people, but in my experience I didn’t feel reassured that it was actually helping

"didn’t feel safe enough for me"
i took a look at Tootilab and it just didn’t give me much confidence. there wasn’t enough clear info about who’s actually running it, and i started feeling uneasy before entering any payment details. maybe other people had a fine experience, but it felt a bit too risky for me, so i backed out.

I reached out hoping to get this problem sorted, but the replies didn’t really move things forward. It felt like I kept explaining the same thing and ending up back where I started, and the issue is still there. I get that not every fix is simple, but good support should at least make you feel like there’s a clear path. This experience mostly reminded me how frustrating it is when communication doesn’t actually lead to a solution.

I signed up thinking it would be straightforward, but the billing details got confusing later on. The prices and renewal info really should be much clearer before you pay. I also had to wait in a queue just to get help, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. i’m not very happy with how it was handled

"Is it just me, or is the website hard to use?"
I’m not sure if I’m the only one feeling this way, but the website is frustrating to use. Some of the pages are confusing to navigate, and things seem to load way slower than they should. I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong, but it really just feels like the site could be a lot smoother.
